As Chief Executive Officer of Ampact, Lindsay Dolce brings more than two decades of leadership in philanthropy, the public sector and national service. A proven growth strategist and lawyer by training, Lindsay has dedicated her career to helping mission-driven organizations secure the resources, partnerships, and infrastructure needed to scale their impact.
Lindsay previously served as Ampact’s Chief Policy and Growth Officer, leading the organization’s fundraising, policy, and expansion efforts. During her tenure, she doubled philanthropic and state investments and spearheaded the national replication of Ampact’s evidence-based programs in 12 states as well as emerging markets.
Prior to joining Ampact, Lindsay served as Executive Director of Serve Colorado where she provided state leadership for AmeriCorps programs and worked closely with public agencies, funders, and community partners to expand service opportunities and strengthen financial infrastructure. She also led fundraising for the “One Book 4 Colorado” initiative – ensuring that every four-year-old received a book as they begin the journey to becoming a reader.
Earlier in her career, Lindsay worked with the David and Laura Merage Foundation, advancing philanthropic strategies and systems-level investments that strengthened nonprofit capacity and community impact. She also led efforts to secure matching philanthropic investments that amplified the Foundation’s charitable giving and deepened program outcomes.
Lindsay began her professional career in law and public service, serving as an attorney, judicial law clerk, and domestic violence prosecutor. She also worked in Washington, D.C., for U.S. Senators Christopher “Kit” Bond and J. Robert Kerrey. These experiences provided a strong foundation in policy, governance, and public-sector partnerships that continues to inform her leadership today.
As CEO of Ampact, Lindsay is focused on creating lasting social impact and bringing evidence-based solutions to communities across the nation. She is known for her strategic vision, collaborative leadership style, and ability to translate bold ideas into measurable results.
