Eric Hoffman

Executive Director of Wisconsin Programs

Eric joined Ampact in Wisconsin in 2015 as the program’s first staff member, where he drove the growth and impact of programs across the state. With twenty years of nonprofit experience, he has played a pivotal role in expanding Ampact’s reach, first as the Director of Programs and now as Executive Director, securing state and local funding while building high-achieving results-oriented teams.

Eric’s career began as an AmeriCorps member which set him on his path of working in the nonprofit sector. Through Eric’s leadership, Wisconsin Programs have reached tens of thousands of students, driven educational outcomes, and developed strong partnerships to continue lasting success.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration and non-profit management from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and a master’s degree in management and leadership from Western Governors University.
