Sadie O’Connor

Managing Director

Sadie O’Connor is the Managing Director of Ampact - a national nonprofit that incubates and scales evidence-based AmeriCorps programs for maximum impact. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and AmeriCorps alumni, O’Connor has dedicated her 19-year career to growing national service in Minnesota and across the country. Under her leadership, Ampact has grown to become one of the largest administrators of AmeriCorps programs in the nation with more than 3,500 members serving in 10 states in the areas of education, healthy futures and environmental.
