Joel Morgan joined the Ampact team in 2022 as Executive Director of Virginia Programs where he is responsible for the leadership and management of Recovery Corps. As a seasoned coach and facilitator with 12 years of experience, he has provided exceptional service to AmeriCorps members and partnering stakeholders involved in the Recovery Corps program.
